Beatty Cramer House
The Beatty-Cramer House is the oldest known and most architecturally unique standing structure in Frederick County. In-fact it is considered one of the six most important historical houses in Maryland, according to the Maryland Historical Trust. The Beatty-Cramer House Architectural Museum includes three buildings: the Main House, which includes the Beatty House and the 1855 Cramer Addition, the stone Spring House, and the smokehouse. The museum is open for tours the first Saturday of each month from April through October from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and other times by appointment.
