Baker Park – Hood College has many charming historic homes, but it is outside the Historic District.  The architecture of the homes range from Victorian, Colonial, Arts and Crafts and Cape Cods, most of which were built between 1900 and 1940.

Baker Park is in the center of the neighborhood and offers a beautiful area with all the usual park features:  tennis, swimming pool, playgrounds, picnic areas, ball fields and a small lake.  There is also an amphitheater, and the Joseph Dill Baker carillon tower.
